About me:

I began practicing yoga in 2010 to cope with the stressors upon the completion of my undergraduate degree. As someone who has undergone many modalities of movement in adolescence, I knew Yoga would soon become essential in my life. The approach I take to my teaching is foundational, functional, and 100 % inclusive.

My foundational training is influenced by the Vinyasa method. Throughout the years, I have learned from well renowned and highly certified teachers who have shaped my teaching into a different light.

With a focus on breath, we use yoga postures to further connect with the subtler components of body. The intention of my classes is for students to feel embodied in their experience.  I aspire that our time together will leave you feeling strong, empowered, and revived.

Expect to feel challenged in a way that is strong, balanced, and steady. It is my deep-held belief that yoga is not only a practice, but a way to live; it is about liberation. Liberation for everyone. I believe yoga is for every body (type), race, gender and for anyone who is question about their inner and outer enbodiement. I believe yoga can be accessible to everyone who chooses to practice. It is my intention that my class is a space where people can come to connect with themselves and others with mindfulness.

Education:
